- Cook product from chilled for best results
- Ensure the fryer is at the temperature of 175c, fill basket to the halfway point and deep fry for four and a half minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
- Using a 8ooW microwave: pierce the film lid on the BBQ pulled pork. Cook from defrost on full power for approximately three minutes. Always ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.
- Drain the oil from the basket for ten seconds. Decant the chips in a serving bowl. Layer the BBQ pork topping on top of the chips and then sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and serve.
