Ingredients

  • Salmon burger:
  • Can of Kingfisher red salmon 418g, drained 1
  • Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs 2
  • Everyday Favourites golden breadcrumbs 170g
  • Everyday Favourites salt 1/2 tsp
  • Everyday Favourites garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped fresh herbs (e.g. chives, parsley, or dill) 32g
  • Lemon juice a squeeze of
  • Everyday Favourites extended life vegetable oil for pan-frying
  • To garnish:
  • Everyday Favourites tartare sauce top with
  • Red onion, sliced top with
  • Tomato, sliced top with
  • Lettuce leaves top with
  • Wholegrain rolls, split 4

  1. Flake the salmon apart, then mix all burger ingredients together and form into 4 medium patties.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat until hot, ideally in a nonstick frying pan.
  3. Fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Place on a paper towel lined plate and season to taste.
  4. Place burgers in bread rolls and top with tomato and red onion slices, 2 lettuce leaves and tartar sauce.
