| Chopped fresh herbs (e.g. chives, parsley, or dill) | 32g |

Method

- Flake the salmon apart, then mix all burger ingredients together and form into 4 medium patties.
- Heat oil over medium heat until hot, ideally in a nonstick frying pan.
- Fry the burgers for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Place on a paper towel lined plate and season to taste.
- Place burgers in bread rolls and top with tomato and red onion slices, 2 lettuce leaves and tartar sauce.
