- Brioche bun 1
- Handful of rocket
- Big Al’s Prime Burger 1
- Cream cheese mixed with garlic and chives 1 tbsp
- Sliced jalapenos
Method

- Warm the brioche bun on the griddle until lightly toasted.
- Place the rocket on the brioche bun.
- Place the burger on a preheated hotplate/skillet and cook for 3-5 mins on the first side, then 3 mins on the second side OR until a core temperature of 75°C is reached.
- Place Prime Burger onto bun.
- Top with cream cheese mixture.
- Add the sliced jalapenos.
