- Bird’s ice cream mix 200g
- Cold water 400ml
- Strawberry jam 200g
- Raspberry coulis 50ml
- Mini Jammie Dodgers 10 packs
- Extra biscuits to garnish Optional
Method

- Add the strawberry jam, coulis, and crushed mini Jammie Dodgers and mix for a further two minutes.
- Freeze in suitable containers.
