Hovis Best of Both spinach and basil pesto rolls

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites garlic powder 1/4tsp
  • Everyday Favourites salt 1/4tsp
  • Everyday Favourites basil 10g
  • Everyday Favourites chopped leaf spinach 20g
  • Everyday Favourites chinese pine kernels 15g
  • Sunflower seeds 15g
  • Parmesan, grated 15g
  • Olive oil 20g
  • Hovis Best of Both mix 500g
  • Warm water 270ml

Method

  1. Make the pesto by blending all the ingredients together.
  2. Put the Hovis Best of Both mix, water and pesto in a bowl fitted with a dough hook mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Continue to mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Split the dough into 15 and shape into rolls or baguettes.
  4. Place on a greased baking tray and prove from approx. 20 minutes or until they double in size.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
