Ingredients
| Olive oil | 200ml |
| Salmon portions | 10 |
| Harissa paste | 180g |
| Everyday Favourites pure Canadian maple syrup | 150g |
| Broccoli | 500g |
| Cumin seeds | 50g |
| Pumpkin seeds | 300g |
| Greek style yogurt | 200g |
| Smoked paprika | 20g |
| Pasta salad | 1.5kg |
| Coriander | 50g |
Method
- Marinate the salmon in half of the oil, harissa and maple syrup for half an hour, cut the broccoli into small florets and toss in remaining oil with a little seasoning.
- Put the salmon on a roasting tray with the broccoli and roast on 200°c until the broccoli is slightly charred and the salmon is cooked. At the same time put the seeds on a separate tray and roast for 8-10 minutes. Chill the salmon and broccoli when cooked.
- Mix the yogurt with the paprika.
- Plate up and divide the pasta, top with the remaining ingredients and serve chilled.
