- Gourmet Selection triple cooked coated chunky chips 200g
- Beef chilli con carne 60g
- Everyday Favourites grated mature white Cheddar 40g
- Sriracha hot chilli sauce 10ml
Method
- Deep fry the chips until golden and crisp
- Warm through the chilli in a pan
- Arrange your chunky chips into your chosen bonfire shape – do you prefer a jenga stack or a classic cone?
- Scatter with the cheese and grill to get it all melted and golden
- Drizzle your bonfire fries with sriracha to add the gunpowder heat
