- Bird’s ice cream mix 200g
- Dark ginger beer drink 400ml
- Stem ginger 3 pieces
Method

- Add the ginger drink to the Bird’s ice cream mix.
- Mix together for five minutes on a high speed.
- Dice the stem ginger finely and fold in to the mixture.
- Pour your ice cream mix in a suitable container and freeze it for a minimum three hours until completely frozen.
