Ingredients
- Giant couscous with spiced dressing 2kg
- Lamb kibbeh 10
- Middle Eastern hot sauce 200ml
Method
- Reheat the couscous as per the instructions
- Fry the lamb kibbeh until cooked
- Serve the couscous with the kibbeh and drizzle over the Middle Eastern hot sauce
- Serve with a butternut squash salad and flat bread
