Ingredients
- Central Foods bao hirata buns 10 pce
- Red cabbage & carrot coleslaw (dry) 240g
- Flying Goose sriracha hot chilli sauce 20ml
- Vegan garlic mayo 70ml
- Casa De Mare lime juice squeezy 5ml
- Loveseitan funky chyck'n bites 260g
- Bunched radish 50g
- Micro coriander 10g
- Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 10g
- Spring onion trimmed 1 pce
Method
- Place the bao buns into a steamer and cook as per the instructions on the pack
- Mix the slaw with sriracha sauce, the vegan mayonnaise and lime juice - set to one side
- Cook the Loveseitan chyck'n as per the instructions and tumble with the sweet chilli sauce
- Once the bao buns are hot fill with the slaw, coated chyck'n and drizzle with more sriracha, sliced radish, coriander, toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
