Ingredients
| Central Foods bao hirata buns | 10 pce |
| Red cabbage & carrot coleslaw (dry) | 240g |
| Flying Goose sriracha hot chilli sauce | 20ml |
| Vegan garlic mayo | 70ml |
| Casa De Mare lime juice squeezy | 5ml |
| Loveseitan funky chyck'n bites | 260g |
| Bunched radish | 50g |
| Micro coriander | 10g |
| Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 10g |
| Spring onion trimmed | 1 pce |
Method
- Place the bao buns into a steamer and cook as per the instructions on the pack
- Mix the slaw with sriracha sauce, the vegan mayonnaise and lime juice - set to one side
- Cook the Loveseitan chyck'n as per the instructions and tumble with the sweet chilli sauce
- Once the bao buns are hot fill with the slaw, coated chyck'n and drizzle with more sriracha, sliced radish, coriander, toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
