Ingredients
- Sour dough balls 10
- Harissa paste 50g
- Olive oil 100ml
- Garlic cloves 10g
- Cracked black pepper a pinch
- Natural yoghurt 120g
- Maldon sea salt 4g
- Parsley 20g
- Za’atar 10g
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C or prepare your pizza oven
- Defrost the dough balls and allow to prove slightly
- Mix the harissa with olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and black pepper and set to one side
- Mix the yoghurt & chopped parsley and set to one side
- Pin out the dough to a flat bread-shape oval about 2cm thick and lay onto a greased flat oven tray
- Spread the harissa mix evenly over all the pinned out flat breads and then dot the yoghurt mix all over the top
- Sprinkle the za’atar over and bake in a very hot pizza oven or convection oven on 200°C for 8-10 mins until cooked through
