Ingredients
| Sunflower spread | 110g |
| Desiccated coconut | 27g |
| Porridge oats | 150g |
| Golden syrup | 40g |
| Soft brown sugar | 110g |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Melt the margarine, sugar, and golden syrup and gently heat.
- Once it has melted, stir in the coconut and syrup.
- Add the porridge oats to the wet mix and stir well (ideally by hand).
- Pour into a lined tray and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool thoroughly before turning out and cutting.
