Farmstead bacon chilli naan

Ingredients

  • Naan bread 1
  • Farmstead smoked rindless back bacon rashers 2
  • Chilli jam 1 tbsp
  • Fresh sprig of coriander to dress 1

Method

A delicious twist on the classic bacon buttie. Smoked back bacon, served in a naan bread, spiced up with some chilli jam.
  1. Grill the rashers of bacon until perfectly cooked.
  2. Gently warm the naan and spread a dollop of chilli jam on the base.
  3. Top with 2 pieces of smoked back bacon and a sprig of coriander to finish it off.
