Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites 15cm(6’’) wheat flour tortilla 10
- Zorba delicacies Houmous 200g
- Daloon Falafel 450g
- Rowan Glen Greek style natural yogurt 100ml
- Iceberg lettuce 250g
- Tomato 100g
- Everyday Favourites mature white cheddar cheese 200g
Method
- Lay out the tortillas.
- Heat the falafel in the oven then spread the tortilla with houmous.
- Drizzle the yoghurt on top of that then slice and add the tomato.
- Finely shred the lettuce and place on top of tortilla and add the warmed falafel.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the falafel.
- Roll tightly together then slice and serve.
