Falafel wrap

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites 15cm(6’’) wheat flour tortilla 10
  • Zorba delicacies Houmous 200g
  • Daloon Falafel 450g
  • Rowan Glen Greek style natural yogurt 100ml
  • Iceberg lettuce 250g
  • Tomato 100g
  • Everyday Favourites mature white cheddar cheese 200g

Method

  1. Lay out the tortillas.
  2. Heat the falafel in the oven then spread the tortilla with houmous.
  3. Drizzle the yoghurt on top of that then slice and add the tomato.
  4. Finely shred the lettuce and place on top of tortilla and add the warmed falafel.
  5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the falafel.
  6. Roll tightly together then slice and serve.
