Ingredients
- Délifrance sandwich focaccia 1
- Prosciutto ham 1 slice
- Parmesan cheese 20g
- Rocket salad 20g
- Ripe cherry tomatoes 2
- Extra virgin olive oil 20g
Method
- Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil onto the base of the focaccia.
- Place a handful of rocket to cover the base of the focaccia.
- Cut 2 ripe cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of the rocket.
- Season if required.
- Place a slice of prosciutto ham.
- Grate several pieces of Parmesan cheese over the prosciutto ham.
- Finish with a light drizzle of more extra virgin olive oil over the top, to taste.
