Ingredients
| Délifrance Gran Focaccia | |
| Ricotta cheese | 15g |
| Avocado | 50g |
| Smoked salmon | 30g |
| Red radishes | 10g |
| Rocket salad | 10g |
Method

- Bake the focaccia at 200°C for 5 min and slice open lengthwise
- Season the ricotta cheese with salt and pepper and spread over the bottom half
- Cut the avocado in thin slices and add them on top of the ricotta
- Arrange the salmon slices on top
- Cut the radish into small slices and place on top of the salmon and top with the rocket
- Season with salt and pepper, then close the bread and cut in half
