Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites croissant 1
- Callebaut® 811 dark chocolate callets 25g
- Whipping cream 20ml
Method
- Bake croissant as per instructions.
- Place the chocolate into a bowl with 20ml of cream.
- Heat in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until you have smooth, creamy chocolate sauce.
- Once baked serve the croissant and chocolate sauce immediately.
