- Craigmillar Plain Muffin & Cake Mix 1000g
- Water 560g
- Blueberries 100g
For the topping
- Everyday Favourites baking margarine 220g
- Everyday Favourites plain flour 290g
- Caster sugar 290g
- Almonds 200g
- Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon 20g
Method

- Place Craigmillar Plain Muffin & Cake Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater
- Add water and mix for 1 minute on first speed and scrape down
- Mix for 1 minute on second speed and blend blueberries until well distributed
- Scale at 100g into muffin cases
- Rub cake margarine and all topping ingredients together
- Sprinkle crumble topping over top of muffin batter
- Bake at 195° C for approx. 25-30 minutes
