Spanish chorizo aioli bao bun

Ingredients

  • Garlic 20g
  • Parsley 5g
  • Everyday Favourites mayonnaise 250ml
  • Chorizo 400g
  • Olive oil 100ml
  • Bao buns 10

Method

  1. Crush the garlic, finely chop the parsley and add to the mayo.
  2. Cut the chorizo in half length ways and fry in the oil.
  3. Steam the bao bun.
  4. Fill the bao with the aioli and chorizo, make it dirty and pour the chorizo oil over the top of the bun.
