Ingredients
| Everyday Favourites free range eggs, boiled | 10 |
| Tender stem brocolli | 500g |
| Radish, sliced | 15 |
| Red onion, sliced | 300g |
| Smooth peanut butter | 200g |
| Coconut milk | 400ml |
| Birds eye red chillies | 10g |
| Lime juice | 20ml |
| Sriracha chilli sauce | 30ml |
| Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 10g |
| Whole black sesame seeds | 10g |
| Lime | 4 |
| Everyday Favourites salted peanuts | 200g |
| Corriander |
Method
- Cut the eggs and set to one side
- Char the broccoli and chill then slice radishes and onions
- Blend together the peanut butter, coconut milk, chopped red chilli, lime juice, and chilli sauce
- Toast the sesame seeds and cut the lime into wedges
- Assemble the dish and serve with some peanuts and coriander
