Ingredients
- Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon x4 slices
- Tate & Lyle light soft brown sugar x1 tsp
- Everyday Favourites ground cinnamon pinch of
- American pancakes 4” x3
- Blueberries 50g
- Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream x 1 scoop
- Yarde Farm premium dairy salted caramel ice cream x1 scoop
- Lyles maple flavoured syrup 20g
- Salted caramel cubes x1 tbsp
Method
- Sprinkle brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon over the tray of streaky bacon and grill until crispy.
- Reserve one rasher of bacon and crumble finely.
- Layer up the pancakes with bacon and blueberries.
- Top with one scoop of clotted cream and one scoop of salted caramel ice cream.
- Drizzle with blueberry syrup, more blueberries and sprinkle the bacon crumbs over the top.
