1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees, then in a bowl beat the phase and caster sugar together until light and fluffy

4. Allow to cool, while cooling beat the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy then add 50g cocoa powder and mix well, Zest 1 orange and add to the butter cream and mix well
5. Once sponge is cooled pipe the butter cream on top and garnish with flake
