Ingredients
- Frozen or tinned peaches ½ cup
- Water 1 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar ¼ tsp
- Burtons Biscuits mini pack 1
Method

- Pop your frozen/tinned peaches into a pan with water and sugar and heat until boiling.
- As the peaches start to fall apart add balsamic vinegar, stir and turn off heat.
- Allow to cool. If you prefer a smooth compote you can blitz at this stage.
- Serve with the 2 biscuits of your choice on the side.
