Ingredients
- Farmstead pork fillet whole 228-484g 1
- Blue Dragon dark soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Prep premium toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Tate & Lyle caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic in oil 1 tbsp
- Spring Onion, diced 2 tbsp
- Sesame-seasoned spinach a handful
- Saitaku sushi rice 250g
- Lion Korean hot chilli sauce to serve
- Sea salt & freshly ground pepper to serve
Method
- Marinate the meat in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, spring onion, salt & pepper – leave for 1 hour.
- Chargrill the pork fillet for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
- Once cooked, cover the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with sticky sushi rice, sesame-seasoned spinach and Gochujang Korean hot chilli.
