Ingredients
| Farmstead pork fillet whole 228-484g | 1 |
| Blue Dragon dark soy sauce | 3 tbsp |
| Prep premium toasted sesame oil | 1 tbsp |
| Tate & Lyle caster sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped garlic in oil | 1 tbsp |
| Spring Onion, diced | 2 tbsp |
| Sesame-seasoned spinach | a handful |
| Saitaku sushi rice | 250g |
| Lion Korean hot chilli sauce | to serve |
| Sea salt & freshly ground pepper | to serve |
Method
- Marinate the meat in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, spring onion, salt & pepper – leave for 1 hour.
- Chargrill the pork fillet for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
- Once cooked, cover the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with sticky sushi rice, sesame-seasoned spinach and Gochujang Korean hot chilli.
