Bulgogi pork tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Farmstead pork fillet whole 228-484g 1
  • Blue Dragon dark soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Prep premium toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Tate & Lyle caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic in oil 1 tbsp
  • Spring Onion, diced 2 tbsp
  • Sesame-seasoned spinach a handful
  • Saitaku sushi rice 250g
  • Lion Korean hot chilli sauce to serve
  • Sea salt & freshly ground pepper to serve

Method

  1. Marinate the meat in the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, spring onion, salt & pepper – leave for 1 hour.
  2. Chargrill the pork fillet for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes.
  3. Once cooked, cover the meat in tin foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Slice and serve with sticky sushi rice, sesame-seasoned spinach and Gochujang Korean hot chilli.
