Ingredients
| Cauliflower (cut into florets) | 1 |
| Water | 250ml |
| Everyday Favourites plain flour | 120g |
| Garlic granules | 10g |
| Smoked paprika | 10g |
| Tabasco sauce | 1 tsp |
| Louisiana hot sauce | 100ml |
| Everyday Favourites unsalted butter | 1 tbsp |
| Everyday Favourites garlic & herb mayonnaise | a drizzle |
| Crushed Doritos chilli heatwave tortilla crisps | a sprinkle |
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 230°C. Lightly grease a non stick baking sheet.
- Mix the water flour, garlic granules and the tabasco sauce until smooth.
- Dip the cauliflower into the batter mix and place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix the melted butter with the Louisiana hot sauce.
- Pour this mix over the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with garlic and herb mayo.
- Sprinkle with crushed chili Doritos.
