Ingredients
- Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 245g
- Brown sugar 265g
- Caster sugar 350g
- Everyday Favourites large fresh eggs 5
- Everyday Favourites plain flour 500g
- Baking powder 9g
- Callebaut® W2 white chocolate callets 100g
- Salt pinch of
Method
- Melt the butter and sugar together, then allow to cool.
- Add the eggs into the mixture.
- Sieve all of the dry ingredients together and fold through the mix.
- Melt the white chocolate and fold through the cake mix.
- Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
