- Everyday Favourites black cherry fruit pie filling 20g
- Yarde Farm Black Forest Gateau Ice Cream 3 scoops
- Rocky road slice 96g
- Chocolate sauce 30ml
- Whipping cream 30ml
- Marshmallows 10g
- Pecan nuts 10g
- Cherries 3g
- Cocoa nibs 5g
Method
- Spoon the black cherry fruit pie filling mix into you chosen container
- Layer with ice cream and the chopped rocky road bar
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream, toasted marshmallows and crushed pecan nuts
- Finish with fresh cherries and cocoa nibs
