Ingredients
| Big Al’s flame cooked 2oz burger patty | 2 |
| Barm/cob | |
| Farmstead rindless back bacon | 1 |
| English mustard mayonnaise | 1 tbsp |
| Lettuce, shredded | |
| Tomato, sliced | |
| Red onion chutney | 20g |
| Crumbled stilton | 30g |
Method

- Cook the Big Al’s burger patties as per package instructions
- Toast the Barm/cob
- Cook the bacon as per package instructions
- Spread the mustard mayonnaise on the bottom bun
- Add lettuce and tomato (always season your tomatoes!)
- Add the cooked Big Al’s burger patties
- Top with red onion chutney, bacon and crumbled stilton before crowning with the lid
