BBQ meatball sub

Ingredients

  • Snowbird plain beef meatballs 12g 10 each
  • Everyday Favourites BBQ sauce 60g
  • Everyday Favourites white bread & roll mix 300g
  • Everyday Favourites mild white cheddar cheese 30g

Method

  1. Roll the dough into a baguette shape and prove in a hot plate for 15 minutes.
  2. Make a 1 inch deep cut down the length of the baguette and place the meatballs inside, drizzle over bbq sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Bake @ 180°c for 15 - 20 minutes until the base is fully cooked then serve.
