Ingredients
- BBQ pulled jackfruit 1.2kg
- 10” yellow corn tortilla 10
- Vegan grated Cheddar style cheese 200g
- Mixed leaves 120g
Method
- Lay the tortilla on a board.
- Top with the BBQ pulled jackfruit.
- Sprinkle the vegan cheese on top of the jackfruit and finish with some mixed leaves.
- Fold, roll and serve.
