Ingredients
- Bananas x2
- Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 25g
- Tate & Lyle light soft brown sugar 30g
- Foodfellas Belgian waffles x2
- Yarde Farm premium dairy banoffee crunch ice cream x1 scoop
- Yarde Farm premium dairy toffee fudge ice cream x1 scoop
- Everyday Favourites aerosol cream 15g
- Carnation dulce de leche 20g
- Macphie chocolate sauce 15g
- Cadbury flake 99 x2
- Fresh strawberries x3
Method
- Caramelise thickly sliced bananas in a pan with butter and brown sugar.
- Place bananas on top of the two waffles and drizzle over pan juices.
- Top with whipped cream and one scoop of banoffee crunch and one scoop of toffee fudge ice cream.
- Drizzle dulche de leche and choolate sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and chocolate flakes.
