Ingredients
| Farmstead bistro burger | 10 |
| Everyday Favourites monterey jack cheese slices | 10 |
| Brioche burger bun | 10 |
| Buffalo sauce | 150ml |
| Red onions, sliced | 200g |
| Barbecue sauce | |
| Jalapeño peppers | 150g |
| Crispy fried onions | 50g |
| Everyday Favourites blue cheese dressing | 100ml |
Method
- Cook the burger and top with cheese then melt
- Toast the bun and spread with buffalo sauce, onions and then build the burger as required
- Serve with blue cheese to pour over if desired
