Banana breakfast shake

Ingredients

  • Banana 1
  • Lotus Biscoff smooth spread 1/4 Cup
  • Low fat vanilla frozen yoghurt 1 + 1/2 Cup
  • Arla UHT milk 1/4 Cup
  • Chef William ground Cinnamon 1/8 tsp

Method

  1. Combine banana and Biscoff spread in blender container.
  2. Cover, blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender if needed.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend together
