Ingredients
- Jacket potatoes 10
- Everyday Favourites honey and mustard dressing 250ml
- Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella mild cheddar mix 500g
- Dew Valley cooked streaky bacon 180g
- Chopped chives 20g
- Red onions sliced 200g
- Pure olive oil glass 60ml
Method
- Bake the jacket potatoes until tender and cooked then scoop out the inside into a large bowl
- Mix the honey and mustard dressing, half the grated cheese, chives and chopped cooked streaky bacon into the potato
- Heat a frying pan and add the red onion and oil and cook until soft then allow to cool, then add to the mix
- Place the potato mix back into the skins and top with the remaining cheese
- Place into a pre-heated oven at 180c for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
- Serve with salad or as an accompaniment
