Ardo cauliflower burger, smoky ketchup and oven baked parsnips

Ingredients

Ardo cauliflower/cheese burgers 20
Ardo smokey BBQ mix 175g
Ardo honey glazed parsnips 2.5kg
Ardo sliced red onion 500g
Lettuce for serving
Everyday Favourites MK4 seeded burger buns 20
Ketchup 500ml

Method

  1. Mix the smokey BBQ mix with the ketchup.
  2. Put the honey glazed parsnips in the oven (20-25 minutes at 180°C).
  3. Cook the cauliflower/cheese burger in the fryer (3mins) or in the oven (12 mins).
  4. Serve the burgers in a burger bun, together with some lettuce, fried red onions and the smoky ketchup.
  5. Serve the honey glazed parsnips as a side dish.
