Ardo cauliflower burger, smoky ketchup and oven baked parsnips

Ingredients

  • Ardo cauliflower/cheese burgers 20
  • Ardo smokey BBQ mix 175g
  • Ardo honey glazed parsnips 2.5kg
  • Ardo sliced red onion 500g
  • Lettuce for serving
  • Everyday Favourites MK4 seeded burger buns 20
  • Ketchup 500ml

Method

  1. Mix the smokey BBQ mix with the ketchup.
  2. Put the honey glazed parsnips in the oven (20-25 minutes at 180°C).
  3. Cook the cauliflower/cheese burger in the fryer (3mins) or in the oven (12 mins).
  4. Serve the burgers in a burger bun, together with some lettuce, fried red onions and the smoky ketchup.
  5. Serve the honey glazed parsnips as a side dish.
