Ingredients
- Ardo cauliflower/cheese burgers 20
- Ardo smokey BBQ mix 175g
- Ardo honey glazed parsnips 2.5kg
- Ardo sliced red onion 500g
- Lettuce for serving
- Everyday Favourites MK4 seeded burger buns 20
- Ketchup 500ml
Method
- Mix the smokey BBQ mix with the ketchup.
- Put the honey glazed parsnips in the oven (20-25 minutes at 180°C).
- Cook the cauliflower/cheese burger in the fryer (3mins) or in the oven (12 mins).
- Serve the burgers in a burger bun, together with some lettuce, fried red onions and the smoky ketchup.
- Serve the honey glazed parsnips as a side dish.
