- All Safari Bonus points are for eligible freetrade Bidfood customers only. National Account customers and Wholesalers are excluded from this promotion.
- Eligible customers must have an activated Safari Rewards account to be awarded the points.
- A minimum of one product must be delivered from the qualifying range within the qualifying delivery dates. The qualifying range includes: Any product within the Bidfood 2025 Christmas Deals.
- The qualifying dates per prize draw are: Prize draw 1 - qualifying orders delivered between 1st – 16th November 2025 ; Prize draw 2 - qualifying orders delivered between 17th – 23rd November 2025 ; Prize draw 3 - qualifying orders delivered between 24th – 30th November 2025 ; Prize draw 4- qualifying orders delivered between 1st – 7th December 2025 ; Prize draw 5- qualifying orders delivered between 8th – 14th December 2025 ; Prize draw 6- qualifying orders delivered between 15th – 21st December 2025.
- Qualifying orders can be made via Bidfood Sales Centre’s, Bidfood Direct or 3rd parties.
- There will be 1 winner per prize draw who will be selected at random to win 1 million Safari Bonus points. Maximum of 1 entry per Safari Reward account per prize draw. A customer can qualify for all 6 prize draws as long as they meet the order criteria during each qualifying time period.
- All prize winners will be notified by Bidfood after each prize draw. Prize winners may be contacted by their account manager or the Safari Rewards team to participate in PR activity around their prize, which may be shared on social media or other digital channels. This may include, but is not limited to, providing a quote, photo or video with your account manager presenting you with your prize.
- The Safari Bonus points will be added to each customer’s Safari Rewards account by no later than Friday 9th January 2026.
- Bidfood has the right to change this offer, and the prize may differ from what is advertised, and an alternative prize of the same value may be substituted. If there is a change in this offer this will be notified to customers via the Safari Rewards website bidfood-safari.co.uk.
- No cash alternatives will be offered.
