Transport admin – Stowmarket

A bit about the role

As part of the team, you will be responsible for general administration such as answering all incoming calls and redirect as appropriate, data inputting and photocopying and filing. You will also be responsible for completing the drivers hours and inputting working time hours on the systems, conveys salient information to the team regarding route issues, shortages and returns, ensuring that a detailed list of all returns are maintained. To act as a conduit for general communication between the drivers and management and detail on CV and drivers washing.

A bit about you

You’ll have experience of working in a busy administration office with excellent communication and organisational skills with a professional telephone manner with the ability to listen and use effective questioning techniques. Competent with IT skills, multitasking and to work under pressure.
You will be flexible covering the late shift working 5 over 7 days a week.
