Depot back-office and management

Roles include admin, site excellence managers, customer services, heads of department and general managers, all focusing on internal and external customer service.

You will provide a comprehensive range of “behind-the-scenes” activities or lead our operational teams, making sure our customers, suppliers and employees receive the highest service levels.

Our back-office teams play an essential role in helping us to deliver and achieve our profit targets.

You will be happy to work in a structured environment, but love to find innovative ways to solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service.

Learning and development
