As part of your role you’ll be responsible for supporting the Operational Efficiency national projects and providing information for decision making and responsible for implementing IT projects in all depots.

You will be an active participant in the Operational Efficiency Workstreams providing data input to design and create innovative solutions to various issues whilst contributing effectively in the discussions. Reviewing the operational efficiency analysis in Warehouse and Transport processes and implementation of systems, their maintenance and update.

You will be used to working in a busy and challenging environment with project management skills with the ability to analyse, track and implement innovative operational solutions.  You will possess high level of competence in using Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word & Power point) with effective communication and influencing skills. The ability to work within a team with leadership qualities are essential to the role coupled with flexibility and excellent organisation skills are a requirement of successful candidates. There will be a degree of travelling with this role so a flexible approach to work times will be essential.
