Bidfood is a leading wholesale food distributor and the preferred supply partner for over 60,000 customers across the UK.
You will assist in the management, motivation and development of the National Call Centre and customer services team, leading by example to ensure that the whole team achieve and maintain the highest standards of customer service and sales.
A proven track record of Customer Services and some experience of sales, as although initially this role will be responsible for Customer Services you will have to cover the other team leader during times of annual leave etc. An understanding of key KPI’s is required, as well as the ability of carry out one to ones, lead team meetings etc.
A good all round understanding and appreciation of customer service is required, with practical experience of handling complaints/queries etc.
You will be happy working in a structured fashion but be looking for innovative ways in which you can solve problems, support colleagues and generally add value to the organisation’s operation and customer service. The successful candidate will be able to bring new ideas to the team, and allow us to develop, drive & deliver continued improvement in the way customer service operates, whilst enhancing our customers experience.
A clear, concise communicator at all levels, you’ll play an influential role with your peers with the vision and business acumen to positively affect the wider commercial business.
