Customer Service Executive – Birmingham

This is a key role, focusing on providing effective, timely and high quality services to all our customers. You will handle and resolve a wide range of customer services issues on the phone, via email or your colleagues; using your excellent judgement and communication skills, and your passion for excellent service. Not only that, but you will seek to implement improvements to communication and processes to raise standards even further.

You will be required to have experience of communicating with customers, encouraging feedback and participating in teamwork. You should be used to working to deadlines and achieving high standards of outputs. You will need to posses strong influencing skills in resolving customer service issues and an excellent telephone manner. You will be required to make decisions based around customer requirements and the practicality to deliver the offer. Your attention to detail and organisation will be excellent, Strong IT Skills and Knowledge of a computer based Customer Services system would be an advantage.

Success in this role will require influence and dialogue with colleagues right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service
