Bidvest direct customer experience advisor

Bidvest is a leading wholesale food distributor and the preferred supply partner for over 60,000 customers across the UK.

We provide every food option from quality ingredients to finished meals, including a number of own brand ranges as well as all the big brands and regional specialties.

We’re in the process of updating and growing our online service offering for our customers and we need the right person to support this exciting change.

As part of this role you’ll be responsible for a number of system’s administration areas, including;

  • Managing user details and registration
  • Maintenance of the Bidvest Direct Shop website for the Manchester and Wakefield depot
  • Control of customer and group settings which will include; customer product exclusions, direct shop toolsets and customer commutation
  • Management of order forms including; support setting up order forms for both customers and existing employees
  • Escalation of issues to the helpdesk and liaising between the customer and the E-Commerce team when required

You need to be strong communication skills and enjoy working within a team. You will be used to working in a busy and challenging environment on a day to day basis. You will be motivated, organized, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
