Ingredients
| Hotdogs | 10 |
| Everyday Favourites butter | 125g |
| Everyday Favourites plain flour | 125g |
| Beer, warm | 625ml |
| Everyday Favourites mature white Cheddar | 625g |
| Everyday Favourties English mustard | 5 tsp |
| Worcestershire sauce | 5 tsp |
| Brioche hot dog rolls | 10 |
Method
- Cook hotdogs and keep warm
- In a small saucepan melt the butter and make a roux with the flour. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring to prevent the roux from burning.
- Stir in the warm beer little at a time, until you have a thick but smooth sauce.
- Add the grated cheese and stir until melted and you should now have a thick paste
- Mix in the mustard and Worcestershire sauce and season well with black pepper
- Add the hotdog to the bun and top with cheese mixture
- Place under the grill until cheese starts to bubble and lightly brown
