Twister fries ‘no nacho’ Mexican sharer

Southern fried chicken/Cajun chicken fillets, sliced 4
Lamb Weston seasoned twister fries 500g
Avocados; peeled, seeded and diced 2
Burger relish 100ml
Sour cream 75ml
Jalapeños, diced 40g
Fresh coriander, sliced 5g
