Turkey toastie

A deliciously layered toastie, with turkey, brie, truffle oil, béchamel and cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites white thick sliced bloomer 800g
  • Everyday Favourites unsalted butter 100g
  • Brie 250g
  • Black truffle oil 20ml
  • Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce 150g
  • Béchamel sauce 200ml
  • Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon 100g
  • Sausage meat 200g
  • Turkey breast 400g

Method

  1. Toast one slice of bread and set to one side.
  2. Butter two other two slices (only on one side).
  3. Take one slice of bread and place butter side down onto parchment paper, then layer with half the ingredients.
  4. Place the toasted bread slice in the middle and then repeat with the remainder of the ingredients.
  5. Place another sheet of parchment paper on the top and pan fry for about five minutes until golden brown on each side.
