Ingredients
| The Dukes, by Lamb Weston | 60g |
| Salt to season | |
| Everyday Favourites vanilla flavoured ice cream | 3 scoops |
| Salted caramel sauce | |
| Chocolate coated popping candy | |
| Whipped cream |
Method
- Fry the Dukes according to the instructions, drain and season with salt
- To assemble, place a scoop of ice cream into a serving cup. Drizzle over some salted caramel sauce, place a few Dukes on top and sprinkle with popping candy. Repeat three times then top with whipped cream and more popping candy.
