Ingredients
- Farmstead minced pork 2kg 300g
- Bb - mint 10g
- Tate & Lyle granulated sugar 10g
- Amoy dark soy sauce 10ml
- Bb - Garlic prepacked 4 cloves
- Bb - Lemon medium 1
- Bb - Lemon grass 8
- Kerrymaid burger slices Some
Method
- Place the minced pork, garlic, mint, soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl and season.
- Mix well and divide into 4 burgers. Mould each one into a ball around the lemongrass stalk.
- Barbecue the burgers on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
