Tate & Lyle® vanilla latte

  Extract a double shot of coffee into a 12oz cup, or latte glass
  1. Add the Tate & Lyle® vanilla pure cane syrup.
  2. Stretch the cold milk to 65°C.
  3. Pour in a little of the milk and swirl the cup to mix the coffee, syrup and milk.
  4. Pour in the remaining milk.
CHEF'S TIP: If you're vegan, dairy-intolerant or just want to try something new; swap cow's milk for soy, almond or oat!
