Tamarind glazed tuna steak with black rice, avocado, adzuki bean salad and mango salsa

mango, peeled and diced 3
Coriander, chopped 20g
Red onion, chopped 120g
Red chilli, chopped 12g
Lime juice 15ml
Olive oil 60ml
Rockport fresh tuna loin 10
Tamarind sauce 180g
Lime, wedges 5


  1. Peel and dice the mango, chop the coriander, red onion and chilli, then mix together with lime juice and half the olive oil in a bowl and set to one side
  2. Chargrill and glaze the tuna with tamarind
  3. Serve together with salsa and fresh lime and an avocado, azuki bean and black rice salad
